Well I knew my day was going to be a bit different when I got up to one of the chickens toppled over in the eglu, one of my new chicks had come to its end - and I couldnt even eat it as rigamortis had set in over night :0( so picking it up wasnt the nicest starts to a morning.
After a morning of meetings I managed to get out for a quick hour run into Chester and around the Meadows - nice 8 miles at low HR

After work we took the kids to McDonalds - and I just had to have one - so it had to be the Deluxe Quart Pounder meal with Thick Shake - and large of course - not exactly the food of athletes :0( but the kids loved it
That was followed by a Friday night of two bottles of wine :0( shared between Julie and I - with a mega portion of nachos - again not exactly the food of athletes or a good base for the morning run :0( but it certainly helped me sleep
