Run with Keats & Titley - startedoff ok but HR again went really high (upto 176bpm) when not going a fast pace at all. Now wondering how long it'll take to get back to pre-flu (1min mile slower at the moment at a higher HR :0( Guess I've just got to keep going and hopefully clear the lungs and the chest - which isnt 100%. As worried about the HR up 20bpm+ at a not so fast pace
