Need to ditch the coffee :0(

Horrible horrible last mile !!!!! Note to myself when feeling very stiff, high HR due to caffeine intake and already done a spin session in the morning ----- dont bother you'll be better off resting. Didnt enjoy last part at all - infact first part wasnt comfortable because my HR was so high - can only put down to the stupid amount of coffee I drank today :0(  rest day tomorrow
