Well got another decent few miles in - not the quickest but the thighs are still really tight from the run on Sunday - but it certainly seems to have helped them. Also seems like the fitness is getting better - as not feeling as hard, even with heavy legs.

Also got up early this morning for a Spin - going to enjoy my few pints of Guinness (first pints of the year!!!!) with the lads tomorrow after my meetings in London
