Well I know its getting near now - and so does the body. On Saturday I got out on the bike, and met some Helsby guys whilst cycling up towards Llandegla and joined them on a ride up to Bala. That meant plenty of climbing, a bit of rain and a lot of wind (great practise for Lanza). It also meant a bacon butty and Americano at the cafe in Bala :0)
Riding back was a lot nicer - apart from the wind seemed to get up even further. After going through Ruthin we finished off with the climb at Moel Artur - which the guys had never completed this way :0) ouch!!!!
