Decided to run down to Flint and back up around to begin with - but after about 4 miles I began to realise that the stomach was really playing up - after the run up from Flint I knew I needed to sort this, so decided to run back home and have a quick toilet stop. Wow - two major stomach issues in a week - noted and will definitely watch my nutrition better from now in - Bella Italia Pizza and High5 - probably arent a good mix for lunch before a long run :(
Anyway apart from that felt comfortable - although legs are getting heavy from 15 miles - I guess they should considering I had a 100 mile ride in the day before.
